This page explains how to request deletion of personal information submitted to Properties By Ru, including data connected to Meta or Facebook app flows.

How to request deletion
Step 1
Open the contact page and submit a request with the subject or message: Data deletion request.
Step 2
Include the email address, phone number, booking code, or Meta/Facebook account identifier associated with the request so we can locate the relevant records.
Step 3
We may ask for reasonable verification before acting on the request.
Step 4
After verification, we will delete or de-identify eligible records and confirm completion, unless we must retain limited information for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or security reasons.
You can request deletion of personal information submitted through the website, including enquiry details, consultation notes, private viewing-room shortlists and activity, contact details, Meta or Facebook-related app data, and booking information where deletion is legally and operationally possible.
If a record is connected to a completed payment, invoice, fraud check, dispute, or legal obligation, we may retain the minimum information required for that purpose.
If you used a Meta or Facebook-connected flow with Properties By Ru, include the Facebook account email or the Meta user identifier available to you. This helps us identify records connected to the app.
If we cannot find matching records, we will respond with that outcome after reasonable verification.
Deletion requests are reviewed after identity or ownership checks. Straightforward requests are typically handled within a reasonable business timeframe.
Complex requests, duplicate records, payment records, or requests requiring additional verification may take longer.
Deleted or de-identified records may no longer be recoverable. Some backups, provider logs, payment references, or security records may remain for a limited period according to operational, legal, or provider retention practices.
