When you submit an enquiry or book a consultation, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, company name, requirement notes, budget range, preferred consultation time, selected property configuration, source page, and Instagram reel reference if relevant.

For paid bookings, we store booking details such as booking code, appointment date and time, payment amount, currency, payment status, and limited payment provider references from PayPal or Razorpay.

For security and abuse prevention, the site may process technical data such as IP address, request timing, and basic server logs. Admin users are authenticated with an HTTP-only session cookie.

We use personal information to review and respond to property enquiries, schedule private consultations, create Google Meet links, send confirmation emails, manage payments, maintain client and booking records, prevent spam or misuse, and comply with applicable legal or accounting obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We also do not use enquiry details for unrelated mass marketing without a suitable consent or relationship basis.

If you are invited to a private property viewing room, we may use your name and email address to identify you, deliver the invitation, and control access to your shortlist. We may record the properties shared with you, your favourites, comparisons, introduction or follow-up requests, and basic access and security activity.

We use this information to tailor your shortlist, respond to your requests, and protect the room from unauthorised access. A viewing-room invitation is for the intended recipient; access may expire or be revoked.

Access to viewing-room records through the website is limited to the intended client and the Properties By Ru owner. Other admin or sales accounts do not receive access to client-room details by default.

We do not disclose your identity, contact details, shortlist activity, or requirements to property developers, sales managers, brokers, or other marketing partners unless you request an introduction or otherwise agree to that disclosure. We then share only the details needed for that purpose.

We use service providers to run the website and deliver the service, including Vercel for hosting, Supabase/Postgres for records and private property media, Resend for email, Google Calendar and Google Meet for consultation scheduling, PayPal and Razorpay for payments, and Instagram/Meta where social content is displayed.

These providers may process information needed for their service roles under their own security, privacy, and retention practices. Client viewing-room details are not provided to outside sales teams as part of routine website operation.

A property shortlist may include a virtual-tour link hosted by another website. We show a notice before you choose to leave Properties By Ru. If you continue, that website may receive technical information from your browser and will handle any information you provide under its own privacy policy.

Payments are completed through PayPal or Razorpay. Properties By Ru receives payment status and transaction references needed to confirm the booking, handle support, and reconcile records.

Sensitive payment credentials, full card numbers, UPI credentials, bank login details, and wallet credentials are entered with the payment provider and are not stored by this website.

We keep enquiry, booking, and private viewing-room records for as long as needed to provide advisory services, handle follow-ups, maintain business records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal, tax, or accounting requirements.

When information is no longer required, we delete it or reduce it to non-identifying records where practical.

You may ask to access, correct, update, or delete personal information associated with your enquiry, consultation, or private viewing room, subject to identity verification and records we must keep for legitimate business, legal, tax, or dispute-resolution reasons.

You may also withdraw consent for future contact. Withdrawal does not affect processing that has already taken place or records that must be retained for lawful reasons.

We use role-based admin access, server-side validation, rate limiting, CSRF checks for admin mutations, HTTP-only admin session cookies, and server-only secrets for payment, email, and database integrations.

No online service can be guaranteed completely secure, but access is limited to people and systems that need it to operate the advisory and booking workflow.

This website and advisory service are intended for adults making property decisions. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy when the website, booking flow, providers, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be available at this URL.
