When you submit an enquiry or book a consultation, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, company name, requirement notes, budget range, preferred consultation time, selected property configuration, source page, and Instagram reel reference if relevant.

For paid bookings, we store booking details such as booking code, appointment date and time, payment amount, currency, payment status, and limited payment provider references from PayPal or Razorpay.

For security and abuse prevention, the site may process technical data such as IP address, request timing, and basic server logs. Admin users are authenticated with an HTTP-only session cookie.

We use personal information to review and respond to property enquiries, schedule private consultations, create Google Meet links, send confirmation emails, manage payments, maintain client and booking records, prevent spam or misuse, and comply with applicable legal or accounting obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We also do not use enquiry details for unrelated mass marketing without a suitable consent or relationship basis.

We use trusted providers to run the website and deliver the service, including hosting and deployment infrastructure, Supabase/Postgres for records, Resend for email, Google Calendar and Google Meet for consultation scheduling, PayPal and Razorpay for payments, and Instagram/Meta where reels or embedded social content are displayed.

These providers process information only as needed for their service roles and are governed by their own security, privacy, and retention practices.

Payments are completed through PayPal or Razorpay. Properties By Ru receives payment status and transaction references needed to confirm the booking, handle support, and reconcile records.

Sensitive payment credentials, full card numbers, UPI credentials, bank login details, and wallet credentials are entered with the payment provider and are not stored by this website.

We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as needed to provide advisory services, handle follow-ups, maintain business records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal, tax, or accounting requirements.

When information is no longer required, we delete it or reduce it to non-identifying records where practical.

You may ask to access, correct, update, or delete personal information associated with your enquiry or consultation, subject to identity verification and records we must keep for legitimate business, legal, tax, or dispute-resolution reasons.

You may also withdraw consent for future contact. Withdrawal does not affect processing that has already taken place or records that must be retained for lawful reasons.

We use role-based admin access, server-side validation, rate limiting, CSRF checks for admin mutations, HTTP-only admin session cookies, and server-only secrets for payment, email, and database integrations.

No online service can be guaranteed completely secure, but access is limited to people and systems that need it to operate the advisory and booking workflow.

This website and advisory service are intended for adults making property decisions. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
